Lillie May Carroll Jackson Charter School is an all-girls public charter school in Baltimore, Maryland, serving scholars in grades 5–8. Named in honor of Baltimore civil rights leader Lillie May Carroll Jackson, our school carries forward a legacy of leadership, courage, and community.
As an EL Education school, we engage scholars in challenging, meaningful, hands-on learning that connects the classroom to the world. We nurture academic excellence, character, and sisterhood while helping each scholar recognize her voice and her ability to make a difference.
Travel extends that learning. Through educational journeys, our scholars explore new places, connect with different cultures, and build confidence, independence, and a broader understanding of the world. Families, educators, and community partners help make these opportunities possible—cheering our scholars on as they discover where their learning can take them.
